ONLINE ORDERS

We are happy for the customer to return items providing there is a good reason for return. You can return an item within 7 days of receipt of purchase (15 days international) for a full refund. All returned items must be unworn and have tags attached. We will refuse refund if tags has been “reattached“ by our customer, original tags has been removed.

DISCLAMER:

Any goods shipped outside UK and Europe, would need to be returned by the customer. Reimbursement would be made upon the receipt of goods.

 

EXCHANGE

ONLINE + IN STORE ORDERS 

You may return your item for an exchange up to 7 days of receipt of purchase. If you would like to exchange an item please place a new order for the new item you want and then return the item you don’t want for a full refund. All returned items must be unworn and have tags attached. We will refuse exchange if tags has been “reattached “by our customer, original tags has been removed.

Please email orders@90zback.com with the subject title ‘RETURN’ before you send your item back, stating your invoice number and the reason for wanting to return your item.

The return postage cost is to be covered by you the customer.

Any issues during return transit are not the responsibility of 90ZBACK, these issues are to be resolved between the customer and the courier. We recommend returns should be sent by a ‘Recorded Delivery’ service, as this is traceable.
